Change of Address Instructions for licensees and certificate holder

If your license or certificate is currently active (not expired) you can enter the appropriate online renewal form and change your address, save and exit. The change will be processed within a day or two of receipt and then appear with the updated information on our 'Searches for Licensees'.

If your license or certificate is not current, you cannot update your address online. If you intend to renew the license or certificate, simply go online and you'll be prompted as part of the renewal process to update your address.
